What we collect

When you send the free rank audit request or the contact form, we collect the details you type in. That is your name, business name, website, city, trade, main service and email address. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your request, prepare your audit and follow up about the services you asked about. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Consent

By submitting a form on this site you consent to us contacting you about your request. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing joseph@thejclabs.com and we will stop contacting you and delete your details on request.

Service providers

We use a small number of tools to run this website. Vercel hosts the site. Ghost runs the blog. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure traffic. A form service sends the audit and contact requests to our inbox. These providers process data on our behalf so the site works and so we can reply to you.

Cookies and consent

This site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to understand which pages are used and which marketing brings real enquiries. Google Consent Mode runs in a limited, cookie-free state until you accept, meaning no analytics or advertising cookies are stored and the data Google receives is not tied to you. If you accept, the tags switch to full measurement. If you decline, they stay limited. You can also block cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing access to the site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the work. You can ask us to delete your details whenever you want.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email joseph@thejclabs.com and we will action it within a reasonable time.
