Using this website

This website is provided by The JC Labs for information about our services. You can browse it and use the forms for their intended purpose. Do not use the site in a way that damages it, overloads it or interferes with other visitors.

The free rank audit

The hosted free rank audit provides an automated report based on the business, keywords and area selected. The separate manual review form sends an information request to The JC Labs. Neither commits you to buy a service. Review the results first; a call with Joseph is optional. Processing time and third-party availability can vary. The report is informational and does not guarantee rankings, calls, traffic or business results.

Nearmotive and managed service

Nearmotive Free is a self-service profile workspace. Plus beta is available by invitation. JC Labs’ monthly managed profile service is a separate option. The free rank audit is also separate and does not create a Nearmotive account. Nearmotive account use is described in its Terms and Privacy Policy.

Information on this site

We work to keep the content accurate and current. Search and advertising platforms change often, so details can go out of date. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of rankings, traffic or results. Any dashboards or ranking grids shown on this site are examples for illustration.

Pricing

Prices shown are in Canadian dollars and are for the monthly management plans described. Ad spend and lead costs paid to Google are separate. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before any work starts.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics and code on this site belong to The JC Labs unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or republish them without permission.

This site links to other websites, including our blog and Google help pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
